Currency & Processing

Euro (€) Only

All subscriptions and donations on Endless Forge are processed in Euros (€). We do not perform currency conversions on our end. If your bank account uses a different currency (like USD or GBP), PayPal or your bank will handle the conversion automatically at their current exchange rates.

Processed via PayPal

Currently, PayPal is our exclusive payment processor. This ensures a high standard of security and global availability. We are working on improving our infrastructure to add direct credit card processing in the future.

Cancellation Policy

We believe in a "no-lock-in" philosophy. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your /account/billing page.

How it works (The "Netflix" Model)

If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged again for the next billing cycle. However, your account will retain all Premium/Deluxe advantages until the current period ends.

Example: Example: If you buy a monthly plan on August 1st and cancel on August 5th, you will stay Premium until August 31st. We do not refund the remaining days of the current month for standard cancellations.

7-Day Money Back Guarantee

We understand that sometimes a tool isn't what you expected. We offer a 7-Day Guarantee specifically for first-time purchases.

Eligibility

Must be your first-time subscription purchase.
Request must be made within 7 days of the transaction.
Applicable to both Monthly and Yearly plans.

Important Consequence

Unlike a standard cancellation, if you request a refund:

Your plan will be cancelled immediately and all tier advantages (unlimited conversions, priority speed, etc.) will be revoked instantly. You will not keep access for the rest of the month.

So always it's better to cancel your subscription rather than request a refund.

How to Claim a Refund

To initiate this process, please do not simply cancel the plan in your settings. You must contact our team directly so we can process the reversal of funds via PayPal.

Data Privacy & Security

We Do Not Store Your Financial Data

Endless Forge does not store, process, or even see your credit card numbers, bank account details, or security codes. All financial data is handled exclusively by PayPal's secure encrypted servers.

Our database only stores your Subscription Status (e.g., "Active", "Free", "Premium") and the expiration date to ensure you get the features you paid for.
