Terms and Conditions of Service

Endless Forge is operated from Spain (European Union) and is intended for a global audience. These Terms are drafted in accordance with applicable EU law, including updated regulations in force as of December 2025. Where local mandatory laws provide additional consumer protections, those protections remain unaffected.

By performing any of the following actions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy:

• Creating an account;
• Using any free or paid tool;
• Submitting a contact or bug report form; or
• Purchasing a subscription or making a donation.

Acceptance is explicitly required during account creation and form submissions. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Service is available only to users aged 13 years or older.

Users under 18 years of age may only purchase subscriptions or make donations under the supervision and authorization of a parent or legal guardian. By completing a paid transaction, you represent and warrant that you either:

• Are of legal age to enter into binding contracts, or
• Have obtained valid parental or guardian consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if age requirements are violated.

Some features require account registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• Keep your account credentials secure;
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Authentication is handled via trusted third-party providers (e.g., email/password, Google, GitHub). We do not store passwords. You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

5.1 Private-by-Design Processing

All tools provided by Endless Forge are private to the user by default.

• Content uploaded to online tools is processed only to provide the requested functionality.
• For offline tools, content does not leave the user's device.
• Uploaded files are either processed transiently or deleted automatically after completion.
• We do not claim ownership over user-uploaded content.

5.2 License to Operate the Service

To operate the Service, you grant Endless Forge a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to process your content strictly for service delivery, debugging, and improvement. This license terminates once processing is complete or your account is deleted.

Endless Forge may provide interactive features such as likes, reactions, star ratings, comments, and bug reports.

You agree that any content submitted through these features:

• Must be lawful, respectful, and non-abusive;
• Must not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• May be moderated, removed, or restricted at our discretion.

We reserve the right to limit, disable, or modify community features at any time.

7.1 Plans

• Free plans provide limited access and usage.
• Paid subscription plans unlock additional features, higher limits, and commercial usage rights where specified.
• Plan details may change over time.

7.2 Payments

• All payments are processed exclusively in EUR (€) via PayPal Business.
• Endless Forge does not store payment card or banking details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled via the payment provider.

7.3 Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, except where mandatory EU consumer law applies.

We enforce technical and contractual limits to ensure fair use, including:

• Rate limits;
• Feature restrictions by plan type;
• Abuse detection mechanisms.

Attempts to bypass limits, automate access, or exploit the Service may result in immediate suspension or termination.

You must not:

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems without authorization;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service;
• Interfere with security, infrastructure, or availability;
• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
• Attempt to access other users' data.

Violations may result in suspension, termination, and legal action.

We may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if:

• These Terms are violated;
• Malicious or abusive behavior is detected;
• Legal or regulatory obligations require it.

Users may request account deletion via contact form or email. Data deletion is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms immediately cease.

Endless Forge may display advertisements, including third-party ads (e.g., Google AdSense). We do not endorse advertised products or services. Any interaction with advertisers is solely between you and the advertiser.

All software, design, branding, and original content of Endless Forge are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
• Results generated by tools will be accurate or suitable for specific purposes;
• Defects will be corrected.

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Endless Forge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages;
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the six months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.

We may update these Terms at any time to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. Where appropriate, users will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
